01. Can I just come in or do I have to make an appointment?
At this time we are only accepting appointments.
02. What hair products do you sell?
We have a variety of professional products, but L’anza Healing Hair Care is our signature line.
03. what form of payment do you take?
Debit, Mastercard, Visa, EMT, Cash.
04. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! What better gift then pampering someone you love with great hair!
05. What is your pricing policy?
All prices are subject to change. Product refunds must be done within 10 days of purchase with original receipt. Refunds may only be given to the original purchaser.
06. What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hrs cancellation as a courtesy to our stylists to allow them time to fill the appointment slot.
